Krify Sms Help

1. How can I set up a Krify Sms account?, How do I get started with Krify SMS?
If you are already registered our services like Buzz,classifieds,Matrimony you can directly login using your Existing ID. If on the other hand, you have not registered to these serives earlier, you need to fill out the information on registration page i.e (www.sms.krify.com/register.php).

2. What does login mode indicates in login page?
In our application we do have 2 modes of user level.
They are 1)Customer 2)Reseller

Customer :He can buy credits from krifysms or from a nearest reseller.

Resellers :He can buy the bulk sms packages from us and can resell them to the customers..

3. I forgot my password ! How do I recover my password?
If you have forgotten your password then open the Login page where there is a link to Forgot Your Password? You must remember your Email Address, as you entered in the Registration Form. Then you can retrieve login and password..

4. My email address has changed, how do I update my account?
To change your password, or other account details you need to log into http://www.sms.krify.com. with your login id & password .Click on the 'Update Account ' option on the left, and your registration details are displayed. You can update your details and click submit to make changes.

5. I have a maximum number of contacts.Can i save it in a file and upload it?
Yes.We do have option upload contacts in our application.The file you are going to upload must be in a csv format.

6.How do i Upload Contacts File (CSV Format)?
1. Open a new file in notepad or any text editor on your system.

2. Enter the contact details in the following format : Mobile Number,Name, Email Address (or) Mobile Number,Name (or)Mobile Number,Email Address. Sample Data: 919884645678 ,Ramakrishna,ramakrishna@fastmail.com (or) 919884645678 ,Ramakrishna (or) 919884645678 ,Ramakrishna@fastmail.com.

3. Save the file in your system with .txt or .csv extenstion. (e.g. mycontact.txt)

4. Click the browse button of Contacts File (CSV Format) field and select the file, which you have created, and then click the upload button.


7. What do you mean by manage sender id?
This is just used for your identification to the people that you are sending sms.While sending sms you can select the preferred senderid.

8. Can i create my own sms templates?
Yes in our krify sms application we have provided SMS templates option using which you can create your own sms templates and while sending sms you can use your own sms templates which you needed.

9. What do you mean by manage groups?
In this section you can create your own group which you can use it in my contacts option provided in compose sms option.You can also create contacts particular to group using manage contacts option.

10. How can i know whether the sms that i sent was delivered or is pending?
In our application we have provided delivered sms and pending sms option from which you came to know whether the sms sent were delivered or pending.

11. How can i know my account details?
Once you start sending sms using our application your credits will be deducted for your account.All these information you can get in balance credits option.


12. can i send the sms at the preferred time?,
Yes you can.We have provided message scheduling features.In compose sms option you can select the required date or time the message that you want to sent.


Delivery issues

1. I sent my friend an SMS and he/she did not receive it. Why?
1. Your friend may not have text messaging enabled. This is something that is very common within the U.S. To enable text messaging, your friend must contact their mobile network operator.

2. Your friend may have a pre-paid mobile account, and the balance is too low.

3. Some mobile network operators have their own criterion, such as: Text messaging plans, allowing a certain number of incoming/outgoing messages - so your friend may have exceeded their plan allotment.

4. So if one of the following has occurred, your friend may not receive the message: * The mobile device is "out-of-range" * Memory capacity has been exceeded * Subscriber 'busy' for short messaging * The mobile number you entered is incorrect.

2. Why is there a delay between sending a message and receiving the delivery report?
While there will always be some delay between sending messages and receiving delivery reports this is usually for only a few minutes (or even seconds). These delays can be caused by problems such as poor network coverage (due to poor signal or high traffic) or handset failure (due to battery or a full message 'inbox').

How do I get message delivery reports?
There are two ways to get message delivery eports. You can login and click on message status to view the messages delivered, undelivered and expired.After sending an sms the delivery reports will be displayed to confirm that the sms is delivered or not.

1. How can I buy SMS credits?
First You need to login at www.sms.krify.com , enter your Username and password and after logging in, click on the ‘Buy SMS Credits' link on the left menu bar.You can either buy the credits from us or from your nearest resellers.

2. How to Buy fresh credits on online, or by prepaid cards?
You can make all payments to your account with KrifySMS, which you can access by logging into www.sms.krify.com/payment.php Presently you can make your payment by any of Five ways to krifysms:

Mode 1 : Direct Deposit at our Office, Bangalore You can visit our office in Bangalore, India and can pay by CASH/D.D/Cheque payable at bangalore

Mode 2 : ONLINE BANK TRANSFER You can pay us by Online Bank - moneytranfer into our ICICI bank account number. 025105000372 Inform us after your payment, along with the payment transfer transaction number

2. What is the minimum number of credits that I need to buy?
You can buy a minimum of 10 SMS credits.There is no maximum limit on the credits you can buy.

3.What is the price of a single SMS message?
For sending your standard text message of maximum 160 characters, 1 credit is debited from your balance credit.Please visit the coverage page on the per credit cost to each destination.

4.Can I have a refund of credits purchased? I want refund of my credits!
There is no refund allowed once credits have been added to your account.
